How long does it take to create my dog's art?

Most collections are ready in under two minutes. You'll see designs pop in one at a time as they finish, so you're not staring at a loading screen.

What art styles are available for my dog?

There are 50+ to pick from. Classics like pop art and watercolor, character looks like samurai, wizard, superhero, hip hop, and cyberpunk, and some weirder ones like eating ramen, doing nails, and watching TV. Every result is generated from your photo, so no two dogs end up with the same artwork.

Can I use this as a personalized gift for a dog lover?

Yes, and a lot of people do. Upload their dog's photos, pick a few styles, and you've got a personal collection ready in minutes. Works for last-minute gifts too.

How is this different from other pet portrait services?

Two things. First, every collection includes a custom line-art logo of your dog, pulled from your photos. Not a generic silhouette. Second, apparel is double-face printed: full design on the back, your dog's logo on the front. And it's free to create, so you can see what you'd get before paying anything.

What about my dog's photos: are they private?

Your photos are used only to generate your custom dog portrait collection. Never shared, sold, or used for anything else. You can request deletion anytime.

Do you ship custom dog merchandise internationally?

Yes! We ship personalized dog merchandise to the US, Canada, and Israel. Shipping is $4.99 per item (US) or $8.99 per item (international). Orders over $59 (US) or $89 (international) ship free!

What's your return policy?

We offer free returns on all orders. If you're not happy with your product, contact us and we'll arrange a free return or replacement, no questions asked.

Do you generate a custom logo for my dog?

Yes. Every collection ships with a black-and-white line-art logo based on your dog's actual face: ear shape, markings, the works. It prints cleanly on any apparel color and isn't recycled from a template.

Will it actually look like my dog?

That's the whole point. We spent months teaching the system to actually see your dog — the cowlick, the floppy ear, the side-eye they give you when they think it's dinner time. If it doesn't look like them, we redo it free or refund you. No questions.
